Design Conspirators is a satirical series about the patterns, rituals and suspiciously confident explanations of the design world.
Our host, Lawrence, sees a grid and suspects an agenda. He sees a colour palette and opens a case. Give him a perfectly reasonable answer and he will pin it to a wall.
“I’m not saying it’s a conspiracy.
I’m saying the spacing is consistent.”
The conspiracies are fictional. The design habits may feel uncomfortably familiar.

Start with something real: a convention, a shortcut, a number everybody repeats. Then let Lawrence take it much too far.
